Okay guys, don't get too excited we should probably wait til we've wrapped up Asreal's FF one before we start a new one (the tumbleweed currently blowing across Galna III is a testament as to how difficult it is to concentrate on more than one campaign at a time)

But everyone's seen Underworld and seen/played Resident Evil yeah? I was thinking if we do those we might depart from the original storylines a bit (we're sticking to it quite rigidly in FF) - you know, keep to the spirit if not the letter eg Underworld: set it 50 years before the film so the war's still going on but you don't have to worry about Selena and a Vampire/Lycan hybrid. I've got an idea for RE based loosely on the film, plus a character. Now is not the time to post it however.

@ Underdog - I’ve just read your last post and this 5 assassins stuff is cool - I just want to make sure I’ve got the matches right before I post anything. So, cast in order of appearance:

Earthquake Magoon with Huge Sword: Neji’s gung-ho opponent, I’m guessing.

Witch with Purple Orb-Thingy: Looks like Sonya drew the short straw here - “good” elven magic” against whatever “evil” stuff this one has. An interesting side note would be if she was a Yevon fanatic who really hated Al’bed and their machina (ie Sonya’s mask, even if she’s not wearing it any more)

Guado Nutcase: Kobie, I suppose as they both seem to be into lots of blades and finesse - unless this is the Guado who sent Neji on a wild goose chase (you mentioned him in your very first post)? In which case Kobie’s got the unenviable job of standing against “Earthquake Magoon”…

Black-Obsessed Mystery Goth: Sounds like Tanis’ opposite number - maybe he’s a “Dark Elf”?

Kerr the Treacherous Bastard: Hmm…just a guess - Fariel?

Does Melina have a nemesis? Eg is Maestor Mika going to get his hands dirty?

The names I’ve given the rest are taking the piss of course, but we’ll need to invent them some.

Yeh the guy with the huge sword is Neji's oppent, i'll tell u guys now, but remember the great big bandit leader who Neji killed, well that was this guys little Bro, although he's smaller than him, he's hundred times more powerful and skillful.

And i was thinking that Meastor Mika gets involved and he's a summoner. Summoner V Summoner sounds fun. Although it will take us all to take him down, Melina can kill his Aeons with her's, but when he steps in Fisty cuffs, things could get messy.

Another thing, i was thinking, their has 2 be a reason for the character to be the Avenging Angels, so i was thinking that the characters are infused with lost Aeons, and that power is lying dormant in them. Thats y Tanis is leading them to the Elves so they can learn to use the power. And i think that power could the power we have to use to defeat their assasins.

I.e. the characters meet them, big fight, they get battered, they get rescued, train with the elves, learn to use their powers, find assains again, big fight, they use power, we win!

or before we get our training from the elves, we might eno****er them, serval times, and get chased around Spira, with big battles left and right until we finally win, or get killed.

The Lost Aeons could well Aeons from other FF games

i.e. Levithan (water), Rahum (lightning), Feral (wolf guy), Odin (big guy with horse, sword and Javenlin), Quezacolt (Lightning again), Alexander (angel guy), The Brothers (horned goat type guys), Eden (angel type thing), and many many more.

btw it would everyone apart from Melina who has the infused Aeons since she aint actually an Avenging Angel, plus she can use all the other Aeons via summoning. But she could play a fital part in the characters stiring up the dormant power.

hey mind if we somehow change my opponent to a female? another idea is brewing in my head xD

and how about we meet the assasins just before the elves forest and we fight em a bit but when we begin to lose i send all of u away exept Sonea...i fight for a while geting me ass kicked and sonea releases her power by herself...make her the strongest ya know? she beats em off then i come and meet u guys.

oh and i was also thinking...u guys have aeons but leave me outta it. 1 i have my magic absorbsion. 2. i can be like the avenging angels guide...or trainer if you will.

just a few ideas ive been toying with...but plzzz i beg of you all. make my opponent a female lol...:P same profile but a girl

Though all your fight scenes will be better :p cause my characters a little teenage kid who has too much pride and not enough experience :p so her and Kerr are kinda even at the pathetic level compared to your characters :p not that its a problem but i was just saying :p
Theifs use cheap shots :p huray for grenades :p

U can be Leviathan if u want, i personally would go for Diablo, or Rahum or Quezacolt, jst because i got pretty mean move cooked up with any1 of those.

I think Diablo would be the best choice, considering Neji's character.

Yeh u have attacks like Flare, Meator and Ultima, having a aeon aswell would be cheating.

And yeah, levithan suits a rouge. (this is all based on opions) but water is quick flowing and is the trickster, and decieves by being stronger then it appears :p and all that jazz but i'm not going into elements and stuffs cause you guys are just not open minded and deep enough for all this stuff so yeah :p

Well since ur dragon claws have got lightning strike in them and ur bow also launched a lightning strike how about Ramuh (he's an old wise man, well wise wizard, he's ur typical ancient wizard the way he looks, he carry's a staff, and uses lightning to attack, i'll get pics of him on soon so stick around) also there Quezacolt (a big electric bird, very powerful, again i'll try and find a pic of it).

Could u decribe Kobie here and i'll try 2 match 1. Also need info on Sonya so i can match her with an Aeon.

Alot of Ramuh's attacks consit of Judgement, or god in the name of them. Which i guess hint 2wards his personality and his role.

Random note - did you know this FF roleplay covers almost 100 pages on Microsoft Word? Wow! All it needs is a better name than "New Adventure"...

Sonya's aeon needs to be someone natural/elemental - preferably combining all the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water so as to tie in with the elven magic she uses.

for Sonya, hmm finding something like is difficult.

Theirs Siren, a blonde chick who plays the hard and puts enemy's to sleep or silences them, her attacks are non elemental and cause status effects, but in FF8 she causes something like a small tidal wave, if my memory serves correct.

Oo Tritoch, looks similar to Pheonix but it attacks with Fire/Ice/Lightning. He's only in 1 FF game and thats FF6

Is Siren the one with sits on a rock with a harp and casts "Diamond Dust" (some sort of ice attack) or is that Shiva? The only other one I know from FF8 is Leviathan which is a kind of serpentine dragon that causes waterfall tidal waves (Quistis uses him). I can see why you want that one ;)

Tritoch sounds good as it's kinda multi-elemental...I'd prefer a female Aeon for a female character but it doesn't really matter.

Do you have any other ideas for Kobie's Aeon? Something that's all blades, speed and lightning for example - although Ramuh seems a fairly good choice (he's a sort of holy guy and Kobie's looking for redemption after helping Sin)

And when you say my post was good do you mean the actual writing or just the fact that my characters got pounded into the ground LOL

Also I apologise for not posting Kerr's escape last night but I was tired and I forgot - I'll just go and do it now.

and yeah Shiva is the one that casts diamond dust...thats a point, Shiva kicks ass but shes a aeon in FF10 :p oh well :p

And levithan was in 9 :p and yeah in 8 any of the characters could use it cuase you just equip it to who you want so yeah quistis probably did use it. And yeah serpent dragon, suits me perfectly :p
