Although it'd be a bit hard to pick up if you only started watching it now, coz they had two "intro" films then a whole series and a half.

I've watched most of Stargate but not Stargate Atlantis.

Stargate is much better then Atlantis. Atlantis was just a spin off.
Though stargate has gone down hill now that Jack is gone :/ Jack was ace :p

I think Stargate Atlantis is better, the enemys the Wraith are alot more dangerous, also they defeated the Ancients with they're superior numbers, and since the Ancients were the most advanced race ever that should make the Wraith the most dangerous and the superior race ever.

lol no its still going. They got some random in as the new leader of SG1 and theres a new doctor becuase fraser died :( and Hammond is gone too *rolls eyes* All the good characters are basically gone and they are dragging it on :p

The Replicators have been destroyed, the combined Earth + Asgard beat them, but their is still proberly a few floating about somewhere, also the Gou'ald arnt the threat anymore, everyone has teamed up (kinda) to fight the Ori they like gods!

I think a couple System Lords are still around, infact yeh im sure they are cause they teamed up with earth (kinda) I havent really been watching it much.

They well tough and they bitch slapping the Gou'ald and all Java have been freed and fight on the gd side.

Basically the way things are looking its better grim for Earth since the Ori are 2 strong. Not to mention the wriath want to find Earth as a fresh feeding spot (they eat humans souls or something like that) And Atlantis is the last line of defence, they're only edge is that they have some Ancient technology and a weapon which turns wraith 2 human. On a light side the Wraith have started fighting eachother.
