Well, interestingly, Shuricats are hard-wired to your visor so you can see exactly where they're pointing, and it helps you with targeting icons and night-vision overlay and all kinds of weird Eldar gizmos...so seeing the target isn't really a problem. Plus Eldar have good vision :D
